The pre-acceleration program is directed to test innovative ideas for viability and further transform them into products at an early stage using simple and effective tools. This program gives an understanding that any idea has the right to exist if it is well worked on. The focus of the program is on validating the client and the value proposition of the product/service you want to offer.

About the program

🎓The pre-acceleration program is aimed at testing ideas for real viability in market conditions. We will teach you how to research a value proposition, qualitatively analyze the market, and also help create product prototypes and test them with users and potential target audiences.

An important aspect is that CfE mentors accompany the teams throughout the journey. Participants receive feedback during each stage and get the best possible result. The program is a high-quality collaboration, so the team must be ready to allocate time to perform practical tasks and improve the idea.

🎓 Completing the Pre-acceleration program takes the team to a new level, where there are already have:

a clear understanding of your primary client;
a vision of MVP;
developed pitch deck.

🔵Thus, the team can enter the Acceleration Program, where the goal is to transform the prototype into a promising business.

❗ We emphasize that the program does not provide investments for a startup upon its completion. It is free and designed for the stage of idea validation, client development, and business model search.

Program Structure

Pre-acceleration is designed for 6 weeks and includes:

2 study days per week (2-2.5 hour evening lectures and workshops);
Homeworks;
Mentoring sessions.

Understanding Prototyping

Who can participate

💻 The program is aimed at teams with a product at the stage of the idea or early minimum viable product (MVP) and will be useful both for entrepreneurs who want to try a new business and for teams from the academic community who need the knowledge and opportunities to turn their ideas into business – projects.

Requirements for teams:

The minimum number of people in the team is 2.
Product Stage – Idea, Early MVP.
Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to understand English terminology, presentation preparation, and, if desired, communication with mentors.
Willingness to prioritize work on an idea/startup for 6 weeks and allocate at least 8 hours. per week for work on the program and independent work on the product.

🔵Teams that have passed the New Venture Launchpad will have an advantage in the selection process.
