Stanford Ignite Ukraine
About the program
Stanford Ignite Ukraine is designed to encourage the development of Ukrainian entrepreneurs by providing them with access to the best learning and networking resources from the business world. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience for participants, including a 3-week visit and intensive classes at the Stanford GSB campus under the guidance and mentorship of leading instructors.
The program’s ideological inspiration is Natalia Anon, a member of the UCU Foundation board, friend, and partner of UCU, who, after graduating from Stanford GSB, dreamed of sharing a similar experience with Ukrainians.
The program will provide fundamental tools from building business models and marketing to finance and design thinking. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained by working on team projects, which will be presented to investors, experts, and other Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.

till 12.01.2024 – selection of candidates
12.10.2024-12.30.2024 – group formation, signing of documents with candidates
03.17.2025-03.21.2025 – academic week at UCU campus
03.23.2025-04.20.2025 – online part of the program
04.21.2025-05.09.2025 – offline part of the program at the Stanford GSB campus
The CfE Accelerator aims to help Ukrainian small and medium-sized business owners grow, innovate, and improve their businesses through the experience gained in the program. As a result, it will increase their competitiveness in the global ecosystem and strengthen Ukraine’s economy.

The Stanford Ignite Ukraine programme is organised by CfE Accelerator in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the USAID Competitive Economy Programme and the Ukrainian Catholic University.
USAID Competitive Economy Program supports Ukrainian businesses to improve their competitiveness in Ukraine’s domestic and international markets, helps build a simplified and transparent business climate, and provides Ukrainian companies with opportunities to take advantage of international trade.

NVL is designed to help participants in this uncertain time understand how to identify a new business opportunity and the first steps needed to validate it quickly and cheaply.

Pre-Acceleration
The pre-acceleration program is directed to test innovative ideas for viability and further transform them into products at an early stage using simple and effective tools. This program gives an understanding that any idea has the right to exist if it is well worked on. The focus of the program is on validating the client and the value proposition of the product/service you want to offer.
New Venture Competition
The New Venture Competition (NVC) is an intensive training program from the CfE for everyone interested in entrepreneurship who wants to learn more about the startup ecosystem and test their innovative ideas in practice.
Boot Camp
🎓 Boot Camp is a one-week intensive for teams that are working on their startup idea and have already validated it and/or have a prototype. The program is designed to help startups understand their strengths and weaknesses, work out their own business model and receive individual mentoring support, as well as answers to difficult questions.
Summer School in Pitching
Summer School in Pitching – is a 2-week program where students can learn how to prepare and present their projects, and properly formulate information to convey it to investors, partners, etc. Participants will learn more about startups, new business models, and the necessary tools to understand how to start their own company. Cool entrepreneurs and startups will be involved, who will share their experiences and give their feedback on the participants’ ideas.
