Why did I become a mentor?

– Well, probably the most important reason why I decided to become a mentor is the usual desire to help others 🙂

I have the necessary knowledge and experience, which I also owe to my mentors, and now I want to pass it on. Such a cycle of experience in nature. For other reasons – this is the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. At the mentoring sessions, I constantly learn something new, which allows me to develop professionally as well.

Finally, mentoring is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills such as communication, collaboration, motivation, and others.
