This course is focused on analyzing common shortcomings of early technology startups and creating understanding for successful innovation design and commercialization strategy.
The key to success is correct identifying, understanding, and developing proper relationship with one’s customer. Particular emphasis is made on understanding real market needs, “Jobs-To-Be-Done” and how to gather relevant information to make the educated decision early on.
This course is not technical. The course will demonstrate through a series of practical projects how to assess your capabilities, find and communicate with your end users and clients, and correspondingly develop your product to solve their needs.
Format: 4 webinars 1.5 hours each and 1 Q&A webinar 1.5 hours
